Fake co-pilot lands in police net


KATHMANDU, May 4: Police have arrested a fake co-pilot.A team from Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested 36-year-old Bikash Karki of Bharatpur-1 in Dhanusha district from Kupondole on Tuesday.Karki was working as a co-pilot at Goma Air. Police said Karki prepared a fake academic certificate of Intermediate of Science of Kathmandu-based Amrit Science College. He then prepared a fake pilot license presenting the certificate. Police said his license number ‘CTL (A) 486’ has been annulled.According to police, Karki, who completed his pilot course from the Philippines, will be charged for forgery.
